A pearl necklace is a slang term referring to a sexual act in which a man ejaculates semen on or near the neck, chest or breast of another person. It can be done following mammary intercourse or oral sex. The result is said by some to look like a necklace of pearls because of the stringy translucent white clumps of semen that are deposited there.[1][2]
Alternative slang terms also exist: piss in the dugout and jizz spider.[3][4]
The "pearl necklace" is a topic that has appeared frequently in popular culture. A song, "Pearl Necklace", by ZZ Top references the act, and it has featured in movies such as Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Half Baked, and an episode of HBO show Sex and the City.[5][6][7]
