The edits of the user you are reporting must be considered vandalism.
Unregistered users must be active now.
The user must be given sufficient recentwarnings to stop.
Note that IP addresses cannot be blocked indefinitely in almost all circumstances; The person behind a single IP address may frequently change.
Tahitia (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log) After two articles created by this user (Mark Ginther and Julia Cortez) were deleted via AfD, this user re-created them repeatedly and has now resorted to restoring them on talk and/or user pages (see User:Tahitia). This user has a previous record of abuse and is clearly using Wikipedia to advertise/publicize these two subjects. -- Gmatsuda (talk) 10:15, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
